Project Summary

The overall objective for ICLEI South Asia is to facilitate peer learning among the research projects selected under Women’s Economic Empowerment in a Low-Carbon Transition (WEELCT) programme and to augment the communication and uptake of their research findings.

 

Objectives

  • Support learning within the GLOW project cohort in order to enhance the effectiveness of their action research and positioning for impact;
  • Amplify the profile of the programme’s focus on the potential for women’s economic empowerment in low-carbon economies via CDKN communications channels, with a view to cultivating demand for the research findings; and
  • Contribute, on a selected basis, to quality assurance and review of early synthesis products by CDKN.
