CLARE Knowledge Brokering

The project will scope out knowledge brokering opportunities in different countries of Asia (with focus on India, Bangladesh and Nepal) and collaborate with partners for the execution of projects developed from these opportunities. ICLEI South Asia is acting as a regranting facilitator, supporting and coordinating with local partners to prepare the applications and ensure their implementation.

Objectives and Outputs

Primary outputs are:

• Country Needs Analysis per focus country – Scoping study highlighting existing knowledge needs and knowledge uptake obstacles as per past needs explorations, and/or new demand-seeking activities with interlocutors/partners in each focus country.
• 22 ToRs for activities to be delivered by third-party researchers/service providers that meet demands scoped (6 in first year, 8 in second and 8 in third year)
