The project will scope out capcacity strengthening opportunities in Bangladesh and Nepal for local governments and climate practitioners and implement a capacity strengthening programme in these two countries, consisting of a series of training workshops, peer exchange events, and a internship programme for women in climate and development sector.

Objectives and Outputs

Primary outputs are:

• Country Needs Assessment Report for each country
• Training workshops targeting 3 staff from 15 municipalities in each country.
• Internship opportunity for at least 12 women throughout the duration of the project.
