Project Summary

The project seeks to support the state government of Bihar in strengthening its waste management profile through baseline assessment, gap analysis, and formulation of a low carbon action plan along with a detailed GHG emission inventory of the waste sector.

Objectives

  1.   Develop GHG Emission Inventory for the Waste Sector for the years 2016 – 2020 CY.
  2.   Develop a Low carbon action plan for improving the MSWM system in the state government of Bihar.
