Roadmap of South Asian Cities and Local Governments for the Post 2012 Global Climate Agreement and Actions

This project supported the South Asian local governments to understand contribution of city level carbon emissions and to develop regional consensus on local action plans to address climate change issues and to build a network to contribute to the post 2012 international negotiation processes on Climate Change.

Based on the learnings of this project, a similar kind of project, supported by Europe Aid Local Governments’ mobilization – post-2012 climate change agreement was also carried out by ICLEI South Asia.
