The report is divided into three volumes:
Volume I: Literature review, primary data collection, system risk and vulnerability profile
Volume II: Development of Indicators, Stakeholder Engagement and Analysis
Volume III: Development of response measures, policy recommendations
This Volume II operationalises the child focused loss and damage framing developed in Volume I by
translating it into an indicator set and a structured stakeholder engagement process. It presents
updated climate vulnerability analysis for Udaipur, details the 145 indicator database across five
child centred domains, and synthesises evidence from surveys, focus group discussions and in
depth interviews. These results provide the analytical foundation and stakeholder priorities that
will inform response measures and policy recommendations in the subsequent section
