Net-zero Climate Resilient Cities Methodology Toolkit

Net-zero Climate Resilient Cities Methodology Toolkit

The Net-zero ClimateResilientCities (CRC) methodology, a tailor-made climate action planning methodology for Local Governments, provides step-by-step guidance to develop and implement a Net-zero Climate Resilient City Action Plan (CRCAP). The methodology is built on the premise that climate resilience encompasses both climate change mitigation and adaptation as well as the linkages between the two. Climate resilience addresses reducing GHG emissions and building resilience to climate change impacts, such as sea-level rise, shifting precipitation and temperature patterns, and extreme events.

This toolkit provides a structured, step-by-step guide to applying the Net-zero Climate Resilient Cities (CRC) methodology, enabling cities to systematically plan, implement, monitor, and scale climate action.
